Board Structure
The Board of the preschool is 100% run by parents of children who are attending Lethbridge Play and Learn Preschool. Board Members are voted in at the AGM in September every year. If two people vie for one position, one may be elected at the AGM, or a compromise may be reached in which two people share a single board position. Ideally the Board should include both new and returning parents to help with continuity and the transfer of past experience. The Board includes the following positions:

- Registrar
- Chair of Parent/Equipment Coordinator
- Chair of Fundraising
- Secretary & Chair of Newsletters
